All Sales Are Final

All sales are final! We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A store credit

Lost or Stolen Packages

Phenomenal Lights is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with any necessary documentation.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.
