Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Delays

Phenomenal Lights is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances once your order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Phenomenal Lights is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with any supporting documentation.


Local Pickup 

Local pickup may be available. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.


Shipping Disclaimer (Candles)

Our candles are made with natural wax blends that may soften or melt in high temperatures.
Phenomenal Lights is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes due to heat exposure during transit.
